I got my professional certificate a couple years ago and has been USPTA member since 2019. The certification process was pretty good and I personally think getting the certification was a good challenge for me. However, I just had very poor experience with their insurance department, Susan Ruchti specifically and I couldn't even unable to take to her director after leaving messages.
