I’m a former division, one college tennis player and briefly played professionally. The workshops were wonderful. But I keep hearing from every Pro I’ve ever talked to that it is essentially a scam for coaches that have experience. It’s wonderful for beginner coaches and I love the fact that they do the background check. But They do not respect your time it takes weeks to months to get feedback on videos to get results from your certificate. Which is incredibly rude and just disrespectful for my time. I got my professional certificate a couple years ago and has been USPTA member since 2019. The certification process was pretty good and I personally think getting the certification was a good challenge for me. However, I just had very poor experience with their insurance department, Susan Ruchti specifically and I couldn't even unable to take to her director after leaving messages. Basically when I renewed my certificate/membership for 2023, I added my assistant in my insurance. But, I didn't know if I was signing up for 20... read more
