I have dealt with 4 different people and all have been fair and understanding. They are just doing their job and will go out of their way to help you if you don't do stupid things. Stay away from the things that got you in trouble in the first place and you will be fine. If you are not sure, call them first especially when leaving the area. The monthly reports are a pain as is calling in as soon as you return from a trip, but there are worst things in life.
