Slow slow and slow this place sucks 4. Hours wasted
Very poor experience at this pipe yard. It takes way too long to get loaded — expect to wait . There are no signs showing where drivers should go after loading, and no one communicates what’s going on. The whole process is disorganized and frustrating. Definitely needs better management and clearer communication for drivers.Checked in at 7 am WITH AN APPOITMENT! It is 10:30 and they are on break to give him the paper work.
The communication at this place is ridiculous. I got there pulled into destination. Sat for 4.hr 23 minutes. No 1 word. The guy look the paper handed it back to me. Went for a smoke . Several hours later. Came back looked at me and walked away. Finally loaded me . Went to get the paper work took 35 min. Not 1 word from the man handed me paper work to sign but did tell me what I needed to do just starred at me like I can read his mind. A simple sign please or we are wrapping the load up it will be a couple hours would be nice... read more
