Horrible service. They don’t have enough staff and take way too long. I went in for an under arm wax which takes less than 5 minutes. They told me to wait. I waited over 20 minutes, I asked again, and they told me it would be over a 35 minute wait. Keep in mind for an under arm wax. Horrible service. Not polite. Will keep going to my favorite place Exclusive Nails & Spa. They are fast and efficient. I don’t come in here, but happened to because I was driving through and close by. Never visiting again.
Tried to give this place a second chance but no🤦🏻♀️ I went in today to get a removal of acrylic nails and have a regular manicure, but as I go in there, all the girls are with faces, as if they don’t want to work. The lady assigned a girl to me and always with the face as if she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t do a good job on my nails. She didn’t even file them right so they’re all thick and not even the same shape. They are different shape.

U.s nails employees are welcoming and are very dedicated on what they do. I am very happy with their service, and have been going to this location for years. I do highly recommend this location.
