I made an appointment & they were timely. I've been to other salons wherebive waited up to 30 minutes after my appointed time. My pedicure was nice. I was not pressured to upgrade.
I just left this salon. Went in to have the remaining acrylic taken off my nails. Was give a bowl to soak them off in acetone and then left unacknowledged for 30min. Then, Kim, the front lady told me to use my fingers to get it off myself. Finally, a gal that was doing a pedicure came up and actually helped me. My fingers are burning from the chemicals I soaked in for so long. I will never go back. Terrible service and I was charged for this. Save your time and money.
