Came to US motors and bought a 2019 hellcat, drove it home 5 hours with no issues. The next day an alert popped on the dash that said “service shifter”. The car ran fine so I knew it wasn’t anything serious maybe a bad shifter or some wiring. I contacted Ali at US Motors about the issue and he immediately offered to pay for the fixes. He was a very honest guy who definitely cares. He paid for the parts and labor even though the car had never done that to him while he owned it.
