I went to US Motors because I saw an amazing deal for a great car. When I got there they treated me well they were thorough with the car's information and helped me feel confident in my choice. The vehicle didn't have a spare tire and the undercarriage felt protector was missing a bolt and the took care of both of those issues in minutes. Their customer service was phenomenal and they even helped get me my car loan figured out over a weekend! Buyer beware… we are a young couple with a four month old who traveled from an hour away in search of a safe family vehicle. We were interested in purchasing a vehicle from Usman who seemingly was friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was supposedly obtained through auction on a rebuilt title as a cable was severed from theft. Stopped by to look at a car late on Tuesday and a salesman came up and talked to me. Asked what I was looking for and did not make any assumptions or try to pressure me into anything. Offered to help with any questions I might have and was very friendly. Came back a few days later to test drive a Subaru Outback that I was interested in. I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback rebuilt with Ali at US Motors in Des Moines. I am 77 years old, and this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
