Terrible customer service! The manager is rude, and very unhelpful. Everyone is very nice while trying to sell the vehicle, then it's all downhill.

I haven't been on Facebook in years but I had to reactivate and tell about my experience here at US Motors. It was the best! If there was a star rating more than 5 US motors deserves it. Jamal made it all happen. Best salesperson handsdown!!!! What I thought was impossible he made possible and I left with the car I wanted. I'm a recent college graduate so my credit definitely isn't the best but Jamal and staff still made it happen for me! While filling out paperwork Wayne made this experience amazing as well.
