Had a scheduled test drive and they sold the car we were going to test drive the night before and decided to not tell until we showed up for the test drive. Horrible customer service and overall bad people.
I had a terrible experience dealing with US motors. I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from them on 9/30/16. I had my car inspected by my mechanic and they found there was a leaky gasket which didnt seem like it was too big a deal. However, the very next day the engine light turned on so I immediately brought it back to my mechanic. My mechanic told me that the engine error light that turned on is likely caused by a malfunctioning catalytic converter which would still be covered by the dealer under warranty. Came looking for a reliable and affordable car and got a great deal. Sam was very helpful, gave us many, many paying option plans at an affordable rate even when I don't have credit. They explained to me in detail what I did not understand. I recommend this dealer.
My husband was looking for a diesel truck for a long time so we went in to this dealer because they had the lowest price. They treated us very good and let us test drive for almost half hour. I bought a 2006 Ford F-150 from this dealership and got it for a fair price, they financed me buy here pay here because I have poor credit and my monthly payments are not bad. Sam is a honest person and the vehicle I bought has been great so far!!
I saw there ad in the auto trader and went in to see a dodge pickup truck. They treated me nice gave me a full tank of gas and also gave me 6 months to pay my balance with out any interest. Had a little problem with the battery but they had their mechanic come to my house immediately and install a new battery.

It was easy they stood behind the car they sold me and i will never buy a car anywhere else. The people from the owner ,and manager sami where very friendly and went over and above what any other dealer would have done to make me happy and make sure everything was right with my new car and believe me i have did business with a lot of bad car dealerships !!!!
