We had a complicated application process but Robert Shamie stuck with us and managed to secure a loan that enabled us to purchase our first home. US Mortgage Capital did a fantastic job with the refinance on our home loan. From the initial phone call to the final signature at the closing, everything went very smoothly with no issues and the complete process was over in 30 days. We now have a new 2.5% loan and our loan payment has dropped over $100 and with the closing costs paid for by US Mortgage Capital.
