US Lawns does all the lawn care at the warehouse I work at. They do a great job on everything. Unfortunately one of their employees hit my truck with an edger and caused damage to the tailgate and was on video doing so. Judy the general manager was the person that contacted me after an email of the video and pictures of the damage were sent to the owner. US Lawns paid in full to fix the damage. Respect to this company for handling the situation the way they did.
US Lawns Manager Conner Hall understands customer service. He came on-site to address my concerns within an hour of the complaint (damage to a vehicle) and worked to solve the issue immediately. Nothing but good things to say about this company after my experience with Conner.
Horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls and don't do what they say they will do. No one ever answers the phone at this business or responds to a text. Very disappointed. They take no responsibility for their actions.
I put in a application for a job there and got a interview and was told they were going to put me on the crew and I had the job, but never got a call
I have no clue as to how well this company performs their services but they are very very awful at answering phones or replying to messages. I have been trying to reach out to them for several weeks to get my uncles W2, who was previously employed with them. I’ve got a hold of someone, they told me to text them new address to send over his w2, I did as asked and have yet to receive word back on if it was sent or not.
