Our Kalamazoo properties signed up with U.S. Lawns this year, as a 1st experience, I have never received worst customer service in all of our years with different companies. After meeting with the owner, Brock H. I was very excited to have U.S. Lawns as our new team crew. After being 2 weeks late of our 1st scheduled date and not getting a single phone call or email back was very frustrating, that was worked out with the owner.
