Rude wouldn't give a rating on this. Disrespectful rude behavior from the company staff sometimes drinking on the job and driving in wreck less manner.

It actually looks worse than it did before they got here. They don't remove the leaves or mulch them; they blow the leaves into the trees along the property line and on a windy day, the wind blows the leaves back onto the grounds. Our cars are filthy after they leave. They blow over outdoor plants, ash trays, etc., and won't pick them back up. For some reason Stone Ridge apartment hires them to come out 2 times a week to mow grass that doesn't need it. Gotta pay the bills I guess.

This company fell short again and again. There was always an excuse for their poor service such as manpower, equipment , loss of management personnel, etc. There have been several times when they have not shown up with no reasonable excuse. Example, waiting for mulch since March per contract and as of this writing (October) nothing except more excuses. We expected and deserved better service than this.
