Had a appointment for DOT physical. Arrived 15 early to fill out paperwork. Still waited an hour to see the doctor. Their cheap $99 but you need to be ready to waste half a day there.
Sure beats the Emergency Room at the hospital. Lots of paperwork, even though I have been seen there recently, and long wait, even though I was the first through the door. However, I got seen and I got my antibiotics, so how can you complain? I got what I needed and the staff was friendly.
It just really sucked to arrive at 8:30 a.m. and sit for 3 hours to be seen by the doctor. However the doctor was very formidable about DOT regulations and current requirements. �
No real doctors just allmost doctor nurse practitioner rushing through exams dont listen to people about what medication their on
(Embrace the suck) of US Healthworks. 2 people in the waiting room empty parking lot and they still make you wait forever to be seen. Every US Healthworks I have been sucks
2 hours and no attention. ... some urgent care. Four lazy women in front talking about shopping and gossip when they could be tending to other patients. Ridiculous
Referred here by multicare and the service sucks. Every time I have gone in with husband he waits 1+ hours to go back to a room and has yet to see the same doctor. Then to check out will take at least 1/2 hour, even though there is three people at the desk. Today tried to call and it took them 20 minutes to turn on their phones. I have worked in medical field a long time and we would be doing some employment changes.
