This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I waited for 3 hours to be seen for a Dot physical and the doctor was a real jerk.
Got there at 7:45 on Monday morning...they open at 8....needed a DOT physical.....I was in and out by 8:55...staff was friendly...Doc...was nice and friendly...had a great experience...
I already pre printed the paperwork in advance got there about 1, I was told there was about 2 people ahead of me so I sat down was called back about 125. The medical asst was a lil short but o well the Dr. Was in about 10min very nice, listened and cared. I was done with him in 10min p/u note and Rx 5min later at front desk. Good 1st time experience.
If I could give less I would, no order waited 2 hrs while other people went in first!!!!!
Wait time was a little long. A lot of paperwork but we've never been there so to be expected. We had an appointment for a sports physical but was seen 30 minutes past appointment time. The doc we seen was great tho. Very good with my son!!
