RecommendedQuick and did a great job
The staff not showing up to work on time doesn’t help. Receptionist was great, she was calling employees to do the job. Just for a drug test I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. Not knowing when the employee was going to show up, a person can only hold their bladder for so long. This was a Sunday and I was there at 9am.
I called ahead and was told it would be an hour wait. When I arrived they told me the same thing. I waited an hour before I was called back. The tech(?) was very friendly, efficient and fast. I didn’t mind the wait because I was informed. I’m also a patient person anyways.
This place sucks!!! Worst customer service ever! Far the worst doctors office Ive ever been too!!!
Worst place ever!! Even with an appointment, you could be sitting there for hours!! I hate that this is the only place my company sends us to do our DOT physicals.
Got an annual physical done and had to wait quite a long time, but the PA was nice. Then went back for TB shot, which I waited 30+ minutes to have done. Not impressed with wait times.
Guess they aren't worried about repeat business - cheapskates. They don't help me then they decide to charge me in full for my visit because my insurance won't cover it. They can get lost! They don't even deserve one star.
