Long waits, poorly trained staff. I don't know why I keep going here I'm always sorry I did...
If I could give it no stars and give a comment I would. I need to take a drug screen to start a new job. I was in there at 7:50 and had to pee by then. I asked the not so friendly front person how long and she said probably 1/2 hour. I was in pain after 1 hour wait and almost in tears when it hit 2 hour wait and still nothing. I will never go there again and would never tell anyone to go there!! Over 2 hours to just pee in a cup is horrible!
I had an emergency and was rushed right in. Very friendly, and caring. Next appointment excellent. I recommend this place :)
