Was there for 4 1/2 hours for a 30-minute visit
I would recommend that the Staff inform the patients of their policies and waiting times. I went to the clinic last Friday for a physical for my work. I was told it would be a 2-1/2 hour wait. I could not wait that long. I asked to make an appointment and was told that it was a walk-in clinic only - no appointments. So I went back the next day and arrived 10 minutes before they opened (8:50 AM). I was sixth in line and had to wait 1-1/2 hours before I was taken to the exam room. (10:30 AM). wait time to see the doctor was long. office staff didn't seem in tune with medical staff.

RecommendedOverall I had a great experience, the wait time was a little long as a walk-in however once inside they expedited me as fast as possible. Dr. Smith was fantastic and explained everything to me in layman‘s terms. I have to go back in three months and I’m actually looking forward to visiting with Dr. Smith again. I would recommend their services to anyone. But I would recommend making an appointment if you can.
Wait times are always ridiculous. If you can go to your family doctor.
Let’s see I was waiting 3hours to be seen then another 3hrs for the doctor this not a place for anyone they don’t care about people at all but the money !!
