This location has some great employees , but overall their service sucks ! 8 am appt with the ortho and he strolls in with coffee at 930 am . So I was here before the Dr, just wasting time . Office responds - well he usually doesn't get here till after 9 . .... Then why do I have an 8 am appt ?!?!? Office manager doesn't seem to do much tto improve it , just simply apologizes like the rest of the staff .
