I wish I knew that I controlled my own narrative and didn’t have to listen to the negative nitpicking that kept me stuck like 🙄... Had a great experience went in early Friday morning. Katrina was wonderful. She got me back as soon as she could and I was right out of there. I recommend going while she's working!
I experienced excellent customer service. and examination for DOT medical. Andrea was very courteous and polite and professional and overall, just a really nice person. The environment, you could tell the people who work there were happy with their job and got along great with co-workers. Niki provided me with excellent professional exam. Extremely rude front desk staff. Claimed they weren't really an urgent care. Maybe the name needs changed. Said my insurance was inactive (after waiting 45 minutes for them just to get my info entered), when I got my insurance company on the phone to verify the activity of my insurance, their front desk manager claimed they didn't need to know if my insurance was active, that I was REFUSING to pay their $135 copay. Worst place to get a Dot physical. Told 2-3 hours wait.

This particular location has a terrible physician's assistant, met him twice and he never even bothered to introduce himself. He was condescending and tried to minimize my injury when he called it a little bump. I made him refer to it as the hematoma it is...ugh. I also had to walk out before he finished my appt. because I had a deadline for a very time sensitive project. I was very clear that I couldn't stay more than 2 hours.
