the only reason I went to concentra was cause of my company having a contract with them. I've had to do 3 pre employment drug tests cause they've screwed up 2 times on my drug test already and its cost me time and money. I should of been working a week ago if it wasn't for concentra.
Concentra Urgent Care is not emergencies center. Staff @ Concentra Urgent Care treated and show there clients that it does Matter. They go above and beyond. I would recommend a family member or friend to Concentrate Urgent.
dont like the final decision on my dot physical have to do a sleep survey and a stress test this is very expensive for someone trying to get a job
Very professional went in and sign in took drug test before you know it they have the result. Very organized folks
I have and will continue to like Concentra Urgent Care as long as I live. Dr. Richardson and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. I’m very pleased with the way Dr.Richardson conducts his work. I have already been telling some friends, family and well-wishers about Concentra I appreciate you Dr. Richardson, The Asian lady doctor, The PT Brittany, the lady secretary at the pt section and all the staff at this particular Concentra location. You all rock! Thanks again!
Staff may be friendly but they’re very understaffed. For being the local urgent care for work related injuries, more than one doctor on staff should be a minimal expectation. Patients waiting over an hour in the waiting room and over an hour and a half for a dr to come in is insane. So much wasted time that tests could be done and help those in pain become comfortable. Patient satisfaction is not their priority.
