Wait time was horrible. Back office staff was nice.
I've been here for nearly four hours and still haven't seen a doctor. I was told after waiting for 2 1/2 hours that a surgeon is using most of the rooms and that's why the wait is so long. Well why not minimize the amount of patients you take in, instead of to wasting others time. This was a work day for me, but might as well call it a day. They're making there salary, while we're sotting in there office not makong a dime. I'll never refer anyone here.
