Desk help was polite and courteous even though it was a high traffic area, she handled it very professionally. Lab technician that provided guidance through the drug testing was also friendly and direct. Dr.Bul was on time and professional. Asked me to come back with my usage reading for my CPAP machine before issuing my DOT card. It was an inconvenience, but I understand the importance.

I went for a hair follicle drug test and my hair was very short. I understood that she would have to shave a portion of my hair but the problem is that it was done so poorly that I immediately went to my barber and he was unable to fix it. He did his best but without shaving the entire back of my head the repair was nearly impossible. I was so hurt bc it didn’t have to be done so poorly.
When I was taken back for my new hire drug screen the tech told me to store my purse and I pulled out my bag of prescriptions to give her she got mad and told me to put it back and yelled HERE shoved a cup at me and said GO AND FILL THE CUP HALF FULL AND DO NOT FLISH THE TOILET. I said okay. When I came out she grabbed the cup and said WASH YOUR HANDS. Then she said GO! She was extremely rude and acted as if she was mad at the world.
I wish I knew the doctor’s name who I saw. She was very kind and compassionate and truly cared how I was. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and I’m so glad I went to this urgent care. I would def go again and hopefully I’d get her again. I don’t go to the doctor much, but I had a great experience here
