Wait time way to long. Some of the staff are rude & do not know how to use equipment
Long wait time, doesn't matter if you have an appointment.
Wait is ridiculously long 3 1/3 hours and I agree with other post the front desk has no people skills they have no business working in a field where u deal with people in a daily basis... Wish I went to a different location!!!!!
Worst place to be seen, since front desk personnel to doctors. My appointment time was 12:30. And seen at 2:30.
I work at the DMV and we don't even have wait times this long :/
Not only do you wait for an hour PAST your appointment. But they like to set you up in a room, only to be forgotten for yet another hour. Had to stand in the hallway to "demand" attention. When I finally got a doctor, they had no record of me being at the 24 hour facility and no clue as to why I was there. HATE this place with a passion. I wish Workman's Comp would find a better company....
