By far the worst experience ever. Please tell me why you bother taking appointments when your gonna make people wait 2-3 hours AFTER appointment to help people? This is ridiculous. And from the looks of it, I'm not the only one having this type of experience here. You would think with all this negative feedback something would be done about this. I am not here by choice, I hate when other people waste my time. If you value your time, do not even think about coming to this place, ever!
Long waits even with appointments. Impersonal service. Forced to go by WC insurance. No wonder. Cut rate service to keep insurance companies happy.

Told them multiple time have health coverage- they will not stop phoning & bothering me.
Useless to make an appointment to see the Dr. they don’t have rooms available and even with an appointment you have to wait at least an hour to be help. The therapist side is awesome
After signing in and waiting for about 30 minutes, I went up to the front desk to see how the process was because I've never been here. The lady told me to sign in & I told her I did....long story short, it was in their PHI bin. They highlighted my name as if they called me, but never did. I watched them the whole time waiting. I'm actually in shock how this place is, extremely unprofessional! Over 2 hours later, I'm still waiting... No update!
