The Asian lady in the front counter she is the worst in customer service I have never ever met such a person that's so rude also the wait time i got there at 3:15 left there at 6 p.m. the doctor was awesome the people in the back were awesome but that one Asian lady with the orange hair and glasses that stands in front of the counter all day long please do something about her you guys need to retrain her.
Fantastic new office building, fantastic staff, wonderful doctor! I had a great experience there. my wait time was not very long at all and I walked in, I did not have an appointment. Definitely a great experience thank you so much!!
It took them over an hour just to tell me they couldn't even accept my insurance. Pathetic!! Worst customer service ever.
This has been the longest wait since coming here 2 to 3 hours wait before you get seen. Then when they are you you wait again in a doc room. Then they seen you out back to lobby and tell to sit and wait till they give you your schedule and prescription. Way too long for me. Missed 6 hrs of work at least today. Need more staff,rooms,doctors.
