This place is HORRIBLE ! Had an appointment at 2pm waited an hour and had to remind them we were still waiting. They have no clue what they are doing here..
Went here for Workmen’s Comp. situation Told the nurse practitioner that I needed mental health help because I felt like I was suffering from depression and was having inappropriate thoughts got the police called on me instead of a Referral for mental health help he also kicked me out of treatment without any help with anything.
I was sent there for a physical examen, I didn’t get the results but Concentra asked me to get some letter from my primary care doctor and my eye care dr. For them to issue a physical examen I could it get the physical examen saving me some money and time
A, 10 ++++, Everybody was kind, polite and helpful in every issue that I needed. The nurses were great, I observed them continuously being on their feet, working tirelessly and it shows that they love their job. It also shows by the smiles on their faces and their beautiful personality. In my opinion, I believe that these nurses deserve a raise.
