The Monterey site has been the best USHW facility for quick, professional and friendly service. The front desk personnel made my experience smooth and painless from the get-go. I came to this specific site for a required work-related physical and will make the trek out to SJ again if I need to go to a USHW facility. The PA and the nurses were all professional, kind and took time to make me feel like an actual person instead of a number. I highly recommend this site!

I had an appt. at 10:20. Called to say I was running late due to traffic. Theysaid that it was ok. Got there at 10:30. Finally left at 12:30!!! Totally unacceptable. If it wasn't for work I'd never go there. The treating Dr. was nice though. 😂
