Took me over 20 minutes after being on hold for them to finally tell me they’re not able to help me regarding my motor vehicle accident (which I wasn’t at fault for) and I already spoken with my lawyers and insurance company which they stated will cover the appointment. Not impressed especially since they were my primary care providers. Will not be returning to them after this.

Poor experience not being believed by the doctor. Very exhausting and demeaning. Just go elsewhere, you'll save time and be happier.

I came into their clinic to get a PPD test for my nursing program. I paid upfront $47 for the test by giving a $50 bill. They had no cash for change and I said it was fine I wasn't worried about it. They offered to put it as a credit on my account and I accepted. When I came back 3 days later to have my PPD read I checked in and was told that they could not complete the reading because I had a balance due with OPA (apparently OPA owns PCA).
