What a joke. It's all too easy to understand why.
I received an automated text about completing a periodic review, first the website link in the text message does not work, when I logged in, it asks for a client id, and said to call the number on the website or to see some type of Eligibility determination form but that form is not in the website. I tried clicking on the magnifying glass for my case and it is not in that PDF either. Everytime I call they are unable to connect with a social worker and also unable to do callbacks. I'd give a zero if I could. No one answers, no one returns calls...the gateway website doesn't work. What a joke!
The worseeeeeee! Every number I’ve called is either disconnected or answering machines where no one calls back!!!!!! This is ridiculous that I can’t reach anyone!
