Almost entirely reliable. I cannot write they are perfect, because over a long enough span of time, things will happen that are impossible to control. However, after eight years I am very satisfied with the service, and in the rare instances where things have not gone according to plan, the team at USGlobalmail has always done their best to make things right. I trust these folks with my mail, and that trust has been earned.
I had a very out-of-the-ordinary need and request related to the mail account. The staff and supervisor at US Global Mail were most understanding and helpful in responding and handling.
As an expat living in Mexico I recently switched from a UPS mail service. I did a lot of research before choosing US Global Mail (USGM). The switch was fairly easy and I did use the chat feature a few times and it was very helpful. And I especially liked the online notary public function they offer to allow USGM to accept our mail; it was a good deal and super easy. Thank you Terry. We so appreciate the detailed review and are grateful to have you as a client. Our address is a physical one but some banks do not allow a CMRA address for as the primary address. In such cases, one can use an old or family/friends address as 'physical' address and their US Global Mail as the 'mailing' address. So no mail ever goes to the physical address on file with the bank. Thanks again for the great review.
The service US Global Mail provides is worth its weight it gold! I've been using them since 2014 and while over the years we've had a few snags (name changes are always tricky), they always take care of the problem quickly and with minimal or no negative impact to me. The folks I speak to are always kind, capable and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough!

US Global Mail I would say is a very great mail service company. They provide a great forwarding, scanning and shredding service. Their shipping service is fairly simple to use with all the available information needed perfectly displayed on their website. I once had a payment issue that was handled very swift and professionally.

The personnel have been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of their help in getting my account set up. It's good to be able to see any new mail when it comes in so I can decide if I want to keep the item or have it disposed of.

Hidden fees. Charging 80% more then advertised and slow to get shipments out despite service chosen.

The customer has unpaid invoices so his account was suspended. Now he's lashing out with false reviews everywhere. Our shipping prices are way less than retail as we get discounts from shippers- UPS, DHL and FedEx- and pass them on to customers. Also we ship ALL shipments placed by 12pm the same day. This review is completly false. Please advise where we can send screenshots to BBB to show our discounted pricing and the account suspension of the customer. Thanks
I live in an apartment building where USPS, Fedex, UPS, and other package delivery services require that I am home to receive each package. I make a monthly order with Amazon.com for items that are not available where I live. Amazon used to have an ordering option to group all items into one shipment, but they don't offer that option any more.
