I just signed up for a free trial, but my card was charged immediately. I went into my account and there was no information regarding a free trial at all. Total scam! I am mediately called customer service at all numbers provided, and was sent straight to voicemail.
I've been with US Global Mail for 3.5 years and expect I'll be with them for the next 35 years. Every customer service rep I've spoken to has a courteous and professional attitude, and the value is top-notch. I have recommended US Global Mail to family members and would recommend it to anyone.
The Company and service is amazing, and they provide excellent customer service to answer any questions you might have regarding the process.

Outstanding and Phenominal! I have a Real Estate business that is very diverse and I have all kinds of mail coming in and some comes in different names. All the other regular mail box carriers that have a physical address for the mailbox location (which was a key for me because I needed it for my business) weren't able to work with me well. We have been using US Global Mail for about 10 years now, and we have never once had a problem or question that went unresolved. The staff is professional, friendly and intelligent. When we needed something scanned, it was usually done, and done well, within a few hours. When we needed something sent to us, the shipment request was easy to navigate and was always on time. We are very thankful for the relationship and service that US Global Mail has provided us while we worked and lived overseas.
