I purchased a dining room set on Jan 2nd 2022 and try to cancel the order on Jan 3rd but the manager Eli from the *******store in Connecticut refused to cancel the Order. He did say that the order is cancellable at the time of buying .

I regret ever buying furniture from this company. I purchased a living room set and dining room set over 2 months ago and was supposed to receive delivery today. When I purchased the furniture the sales rep used my driver's license (still unsure why that was necessary) and I advised him that my address was wrong bc we had just moved hence the need for new furniture. Bought a living room set with a sleeper sofa in January. It was delivered broken. Called several times, was supposed to deliver us a new one and never did. Finally walked into the store with my husband to get an update and the employee/manager was very disrespectful. We were again guaranteed a née couch by September, claiming we can’t find someone to come fix it….it’s a bent frame, order us a new one!! When you first walk in they give you the biggest welcome, they try to work every possible with you once you make a deal of getting furniture with them forget it you will never see your furniture come to your house. Not only that they will call you in the phone say that your furniture is in the store which is a lie. After waiting 12 weeks of my “10 week MAX wait”, my living room set finally came, when I tried to schedule an appointment for delivery, they told me I had to wait for the delivery department to call me and set up a time. A few days pass and I finally received a call from delivery, but I missed the call. I purchased a sectional from this store on 2/4/21 and I was told it would take 6-12 weeks to be delivered due to COVID. It has been 12 weeks and I contacted the store regarding my delivery and they are saying it will take an additional 4-5 weeks because of COVID. I paid in FULL! I requested a refund and to cancel the order due to the timeframe being a lie. They denied my refund and said they would give me $150 for the inconvenience. I paid $2600 for my sofa! This was a “last stop on a whim” while hunting for a dining room set, and I am forever grateful that we did! We explained what we were looking for (like a walnut wood, nothing gray or rustic) and Eli was amazingly helpful. He gave us an incredible deal on a 7-piece set and server, that beat the larger-name chain that sold it by far! It was a great deal.
