Not sure what the problem is with some people or how they could have had a bad experience, but I honestly can say I would give US Furniture 5 stars. Eli in ****** *** was our salesman and he helped us pick out a beautiful couch and loveseat. He did inform us a 1 to 3 week delivery time but the set showed up in one week. The delivery men were very professional and even took their shoes off. Again, Eli was just a very good salesman and professional. I will buy again and share my experience with my family and friends.

I also made the mistake of purchasing there. Like J*** ** I called to cancel in 24 hours and got just about the same response. I financed through their creditor and was forced to take the furniture (which I found later would not fit my space, why I cancelled) which sided with USFwhen I filed two disputes... because USF claimed it was a "special order" and "non-cancellable". Rep from USF claimed it was a special order because it came from a warehouse. Yup, that makes it special ok... as special as any other place you'd buy fu... read more

I wanted a white living room set. He showed me a white living room set . We agreed on price and delivery. Then they send me a beige color to which I told the delivery persons to take it back because they sent me the wrong color. And when I ask them to take it back, and to get my money back, they refused. Very deceptive!

I canceled my ordered within 24 hours , because I just made a mistake by buying it, they refuse to issue me a refund or cancel my order. All I want is my money back. They were mean about it and hung up the phone on me. They said I could not get a refund and the furniture was going to be delivered regardless… Bad customer service I do not recommend them at all to anyone to go there.

Run. Do not order furniture from the ***********branch. They are liers, thieves and will stop at nothing to give you the wrong information. Product and services. Buyer beware!! Run away

They do not even deserve one star The following is my experience with US Furniture: We were excited to get our new bedroom set and our choice this time was US Furniture. We went there and looked around there was not much furniture in store as far as bed sets, there was a person came who worked there and offered to help we were very happy with his approach. He said that all the sets are usually standard and my wife picked one, we are honest people so we didn’t think of anything we trusted his word and he does this for a livin... read more

The worst store. I went here March 14. 2022 for a couch and bedroom set with mattress. I told them how much I wanted to spend and the man said no problem. I'll work with you! When it came to checkout. He added about $400 in taxes (so it wasn't the agreed price). I didn't complain because I needed the items quick. Then they say after check out it will be 12 weeks. In April I go back to see if I can get a refund because I found a store a little further out that had everything in store and could deliver that same week. They sai... read more

Me and my husband reluctantly went to US Furniture when we didn't find what we needed at Bob's furniture. We ordered a fireplace stand and we were told that we would receive it 4-8 weeks It has now been 12 weeks. I called the store and was told that they would call the manufacturer and get back to me they never did. I made another call on that following Saturday they are telling me once again that they will call manufacturer. If I could I wouldn't give no stars my husband orderd furniture 4 months ago and e put a down payment and here it is the end of march and he still haven't gotten his furniture every time he calls it's always an excuse they always say next week and so on he still haven't received his furniture till this day and half of the time they won't answer the phone
