We scheduled a window film install for July 13th, 2020. We were quite clear that the ONLY reason we were agreeing to the install was because of the urgency of the heating issue we were having, and that if it wasn't going to be installed this week, we did not want to do it. We were assured multiple times in writing that they would get it done quickly. The original install was postponed, when they did come, they DID NOT actually complete the work necessary.
