Terrible Customer Service – Stay Away I bought a motor from U.S. Motor for over $200 on a Saturday. I was working on a project and didn't get to test it until Monday. The motor didn’t work at all, so I brought it back the next day. They told me it was “used” and charged me a 50% restocking fee, even though I explained it was defective from the start.
