Called August 6th for the first time since my daughter’s Dr referred her to dermatology the day prior, made an appointment for Monday August 11th. Today while Im at work all day get off with only 30 min left till this business closes to find out they called me and left a voicemail saying she was a no call for Monday the 4th….how could she of been scheduled on the 4th if the very first and only time I’ve ever called you was the 6th?
