The VA North Charleston Outpatient Clinic is a solid place. The employees are kind and helpful, and it’s clear they care about the people coming through. It’s not perfect, but I’m genuinely glad it exists and is accessible to vets in the area.
For those of you who are complaining about the long lab wait times you can go to the VA downtown on B Street it's faster and it doesn't matter where you do your lab work
