I was scared to go to the VA tbh. But from the time I entered there were easy to follow directions for check in, front desk staff pointed me in the right direction, and everyone from primary care to mental health has been helpful and seem to genuinely care about patients.

The North Charleston VA is excellent! Clean. Great staff. The lab, however is understaffed
They are taking good care of our Armed Force Service Members. Those that served in the past and the present!!
