Good service . US Commercial offers many financing options that fit the needs of each client.
Our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. After meeting with them they promised things that they could not honor. We even received an approval letter for our new property later to find out it was useless, not to mention that they postponed the closing date three times and even then nwver came thru! This company is NON RESPONSIVE and lack professionalism at all levels. To make a long story short, because of US COMMERCIAL FUNDING WE lost our entire deposit and the property.
