US cellular in halls is the best location around. Dealing with phone insurance issues for 7 days Miller town for 5 . This location in halls including Tamera and Angie! If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have been able to get back to work due to having to have it for work. Never will I go to another USCC/Tmobile
I went in to buy a new IPad today and just had to brag about the staff. It was very busy and they worked well as a team to keep everyone happy. Taylor was especially knowledgeable and polite. My only qualm was that they didn’t have any IPads in the store so I have to wait for it to be shipped to my house.
My aunts and I came here today to port over a new phone for one of them. The staff are so friendly, patient, and helpful, also professional and proactive. Two different employees took (combined) hours with us. Amazing folks
Halls Crossroads location in Knoxville tn. Amazing staff. Taylor. Nathan. And Elle. Very friendly and helpful. I have been in several locations I will definitely be doing my business at this location from here on out. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
