Nathan was a good help to get me an update on my new phone made the whole process easy. He is very funny and has really good customer service. He was a good personality. Love the phone service but I turn on my hotspot for about 3 hours and it's all gone. Don't understand how it disappears and I barely used it. Called the store and they just said they couldn't help. I never had this problem with Metro or T Mobile. Going to think about switching back to another service where I can actually get help and not attitude. This US Cellular location is the best ever!!! I’ve been a customer of US Cellular for 18-19 years!!! This location is the best!!! Nathan and Hanna are very knowledgeable of the products you want to buy!!! I recommend anyone looking for a cell phone or other devices to please go see these two!!!!
