PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! D-LINK HASN'T WORKED FOR A MONTH. 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE SENT US AWAY WITH A 800 NUMBER. STILL NO INTERNET OR TECH SUPPORT! PAYING FOR A MONTHLY SERVICE THAT NO LONGER WORKS! SHOULD NEVER HAVE SWITCHED TO US CELL!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Update: 03/18/2020 MGR ASHELY HAS US COME IN TODAY, 3RD TRIP INTO TOWN TO GET ANOTHER DLINK ROUTER. GET IT HOME...BIG RED LIGHT....STILL NO INTERNET!!! REACH OUT....and TOLD TO CALL THE ALL INCLUSIVE 888 NUMBER FOR TECH SUPPORT!!!! BEYOND DONE WITH US CELLULAR🤬
