Hi my phone had broke I thought and I took it in to US .Cellular and at first I was really mad about it but they were great set me up with a knee phone and I needed to come back in and do a insurance claim I thought but the manager got into the phone and actually fixed it which saved me $100. Michelin’s Was excellent at her job she provided the utmost Customer Service that I have experience in quite some time it’s few and far between that you run into employees that had make you have a pleasurable experience especially when it does take a long time to get serviced she made every moment of it very enjoyable you guys rock merry Christmas
