RecommendedWe were victims of identity theft and went to our local US Cellular store for resolution. Michael Henderson was a phenomenal advocate as we discovered that someone took our numbers. Without his help, we would not have got our numbers back, nor had fees waived. He even took us to another carrier to get things resolved in person! This is why we are USC customers for so long. Hire more people like Michael! Thank you!
