I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the UScellular store in Fortuna today. Amelia was an absolute superstar! I was hesitant about upgrading my phone (who wants to pay more?), but Amelia explained a special promotion that allowed me to upgrade from my iPhone 12 Pro to the brand-new iPhone 15 Pro with no out-of-pocket cost. Absolutely terrible service they wouldn't help with a replacement at all and on top of that a new replacement will cost as much as I still owe on the phone do not go to this us cellular store they do not treat you right, go to t mobile right next door, or just go prepaid service DO NOT BUY A PHONE FRON HERE US CELLULAR SUCKS Oh yea and on top of that my whole family have been with this carrier our whole lives and this is what loyalty gets you here 👎
I'm a disabled vet. The store manager argued with me for 5 minutes that I wasn't aloud to bring my service dog in... Then was pushy. Stay away.
The service was awesome, the employee was off the clock and still helped me. I was able to trade in a phone and get 2 new ones for next to nothing, great service. Been going through US cellular for 13 years now and will not change carriers.
