US Cellular's tactics are deceptive (the company, not the local store). The conditions on upgrades can only be found with deep digging. Really deep digging. In store doesn't seem to know much more and say "they aren't trained on online stuff " Also asked a question and was told "that's above my pay grade."
There was a guy named Travis who was incredibly rude to my grandparents today. They are in their seventies and just needed help and he was very Irritated, condescending and seemed put out that he had to help them. I can’t believe someone like this would do this to old people. I would highly recommend to not use US cellular.

They just throw new fees for no reason, I am on a 39$ plan..
I met with Breana at the Independence, Kansas, location. I am not sure if she had a bad day before I came in, but she took it out on the customers. She was not friendly at all; it seemed as if I was burdening her. If you can't handle customers, then don't work customer service.
