They just throw new fees for no reason, I am on a 39$ plan..
I met with Breana at the Independence, Kansas, location. I am not sure if she had a bad day before I came in, but she took it out on the customers. She was not friendly at all; it seemed as if I was burdening her. If you can't handle customers, then don't work customer service.

Bad customer service. One lady specifically, I think is the store manager, was rude and condescending. Was going to switch from Verizon to US Cellular but not now.
