Sit in waiting room for over an hour. Nobody seemed to care that we're spending our Saturday afternoon waiting on someone to help us. Very bad experience I will never do business here. Just to get told no in 2 minutes what a waste of time and energy.

US Cellular's tactics are deceptive (the company, not the local store). The conditions on upgrades can only be found with deep digging. Really deep digging. In store doesn't seem to know much more and say "they aren't trained on online stuff " Also asked a question and was told "that's above my pay grade."
