Jessica helped me through a stressful situation with my phone being transferred over. If it wasn't for her I would had to drive all the way to the Metro PCS store on rangeline in Joplin Missouri.
Went in to add a line and get a new phone. Branton is the most helpful and knowledgeable person. He answered all of questions, helped us decide which phone to switch to, and walked us through the whole process. While waiting for phone transfer services, he provided great conversation and helped make the process feel smooth. Thank you Branton!
Can't purchase a prepaid phone for less than $120.00 (←price of the flip phone). No other places like Walmart carry the prepaid phones. Have to purchase a whole new plan just to get a phone that's compatible or pay an outrageous price for a replacement cell phone. I do not recommend and will probably lose my number just to switch service. 2 months and I'm done with T-Mobile.
