Will never go back n2 this store ever again!!!! bought a new phone 2 days ago & 2day the phone will not turn on so wen i went back 2 the store 2 get it fixed/replaced, they asked me 2 pay 2 get a new phones mailed back 2 me n a few days! they sell u a junk phone, & u go without service a few days & still get billed 4 having a working phone!!!!!
Stood in line for over half an hour because they were busy (understandable). But then the first person available takes a guy that came in 10 minutes after we did (obviously need to work on customer service skills). Love radio shack but us cellular service still sucks there, won't be going back. Guess we'll have to take a trip to new glarus
