The husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones and get 4 lines. Although it took some time the sales associate, Philip was great, he was very friendly, helpful, and had a positive attitude, which made our what could have been a terrible situation not so bad. Best customer service I've ever received in the 20 plus years of buying and replacing cell phones. Tiffany was so knowledgeable and had my data transferred in no time. I was in and out of there in a fraction of the time I was used to. I highly recommend this store!

This is THE ONLY place I would ever go for my US Cellular phone needs. Everyone there is so unbelievably helpful and looks to find the best deals for the customer, which isn't the case every where. On my last visit I was upgrading my plan, adding a line, doing an early upgrade, doing another upgrade and doing a phone swap...it was a ridiculous amount of things I was asking for. Phillip was amazing!! He never got overwhelmed and didn't mind spending 3+ hours with us over the period of 2 days...in fact, I think he enjoyed it! ... read more
