Worst store I've ever been too. Upgraded my phones 2 months ago.. And gave them my old phones so they could send them back. 2 MONTHS and I'm still being charged for the old phones.. They never made it to the "warehouse". Now I have to wait until us cellular checks all the warehouses and does an investigation.. Thank you Delavan store... I appreciate it so much.

You sure can tell they are paid commission.. if you want a honest sale person Best Buy, no sales commission. They all should lose there Samsung contract and apple. Go to Best Buy for the facts and only facts sir.

I am so upset with the miss leading advertising! I called about $140.00 for 4 lines with 10gb data. I am not eligible because we do not have any phones to be upgraded and they would have to be financed. I have 6 lines and 5 are smart phones. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. They don't have anything better than what I pay now. I am not a happy customer! It's wrong that only new customers get the deals.

Well let's c 1 I can not get to my account to c it..bs . 2. Poor service ppl all they want to ever do is RESET MY PHONE BS... ABOUT the only thing w them is no deposit to get a phone...grrrrr ...so now I have to waste gas to go in and make a payment crap us cell needs to get there shit straight......5/22/2014 if I get billed for anything that u don't let me see I will tell ppl how I am treated... I am so upset that I cant get to my account through my phone or. Computer... so I am un able to monitor my usage again..... plz fi... read more
