The representative that took care of us was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
I have had the worst time with US cellular. Only been with them only two months and me and my husband regret it. They are saying we did not pay out bill and when we show proof that we did they refuse to take it. We have been told we have pro-rated charges from our bill being suspended when it was not suspended at least our phones were not cut off. I am at a loss of words how I have been treated. As soon as we get this situated we are cutting them off and going somewhere else.

US Cellular ...... sucks a$$ !!!! Allways got a hidden charge for this and that. In the last 20 years that I have been with them I have never paid an activation fee when buying a new phone. I even called the main headquaters to get the activation fee waived as allways. She offered to do one and said the store has the athority to waiv the other but they refuse. It's not like I'm getting the phone and leaving, I'm locked in for 2 more years and I have been a loyal customer since 1996, loyalty and customer service has gone to $... read more
