RecommendedGreat service at Washington location! Took my aunt there the other day to fix an issue with her phone. She ended up purchasing a new phone. it was close to closing time, but the young man who helped us was so patient. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. Hats off to US Cellular for hiring young men like Jimmy Thigpen!
On my galaxy S8+ standing in the US Cellular store on 1x signal. Their service sucks. The price for service is outrageous. I remember having an analog phone getting service everywhere. Now you have to be in a Major city to get a good signal and you pay over $200 a month.
I've been with them for over 15 years now. Since I was a teenager. Got my very first phone... a bag phone... (I know I know... a phone in a bag? Pretty unbelievable right but true all the same lol) and contract with them. Sure I've had a few grievances with them over the years but for the most part I have not been awfully disappointed at all.
It’s not the place in Washington, NC ..US cellular is a rip off period! Stay away from there unlimited data...u are screwed!
Been without my landline for 1 week. This is the second time we have had problems. Called (last Thursday) to get a repairman and was told maybe by Tuesday(tomorrow). Glad we have our cell phones! Would cancel the landline except we use the phone system for Internet. Guess we'll be moving. I have moved before for far less reasons!
