I've been a costomer for over 2 years and I've never had a bad exsperience with the Keene us cellular or us cellular in general either at the store or on the phone everyones been very understanding helpful of every situation ive been in. And I have great service so idk what thats about either. I love you guys!
The whole staff is friendly and works with you to get you the best deal, but Katie is the best! She goes above and beyond :)
We have been customers for over 10 years & the Keene store and US Cellular in general had wonderful customer service - not anymore! We recently paid over $1500 for our 4th Samsung phones from them - the Galaxy Edge S7 - and the salesgirl gave us all the wrong info including telling us we were eligible for TWO VR Gear headsets for FREE as a new promotion. Only AFTER we bought the phones and tried to register them did we find out that we are NOT eligible because we bought the phones too EARLY!!! The salesgirl even reminded us ... read more
We went in today to get an upgrade and Max was so helpful! He made the process easy and fun and even helped us save a few bucks on our upcoming bill! He would get more than five stars if it was possible!!

The wait to see someone is insane. Even when you're the only one waiting to see someone. Poor customer service.
Horrible people, terrible company, awful service. Fuck you US cellular. never ever start a plan with them because they will fuck you like a whore and treat u even worse.
