RecommendedI just love how they treat you. They make you feel like Family but most of all you get great deals and phone service without dropped calls. The Madisonville TN corporate store is awesome!
For a "corporate" run location I am amazed ttar they can never have the place properly staffed. Does not matter what day or time you come in, you are guaranteed a 30 minute wait or longer, usually longer, and only 1 or 2 people trying to run the place by themselves with 8 or 9 customers waiting. I came in today right when they opened and had to wait 40 minutes to return a phone charger, only to be told that a corporate store couldn't accept a return from a local agent store. Horrible customer service. I will not be back. We will drive to knoxville or wherever to avoid ever returning to this store.
Worst experience at a US Cellular ever. Won't be back to this one. They really need to step up their game. Slow, & unhelpful. I'll order online what I need....
The salesperson lied to us and said that we would be getting gift card to help with our bill. 4 months later, nothing.
Having to sign in & wait over 15 minutes to pay a bill is ridiculous!!!!!!
